A little about me
Who I am
I’ve spent 15 years working at the intersection of design, product strategy, and people; building teams, shaping ways of working, and trying to make sure design has a real seat at the table rather than just a place in the delivery queue.
I’ve worked across multiple industries leading specialist design and research teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders to connect design decisions to business outcomes that actually matter.
What drives me
The thing I’m most proud of across my career isn’t a project or a metric. It’s the seven promotions I’ve helped secure, and watching people I’ve worked with go on to do things I didn’t see coming when I first met them.
I lead collaboratively and I care about craft, but what I care about most is building the kind of environment where good design happens consistently, not just when the conditions are perfect.
What I'm looking for
I’m looking for a senior leadership role where design has genuine influence and the work of building something great is still ahead of them, not behind them.
Outside of work
Originally from a small seaside town in Northern Ireland, now firmly a ‘Londoner’ after 12 years. I spend my spare time at gigs, football matches, and anywhere with good food. Travel, music and culture are the things that keep me curious outside of work.
