Building the teams and systems that turn complex problems into products people actually want to use.
My work sits at the intersection of user-centred design, product strategy, and organisational change. I don’t just ship good interfaces, I build the conditions for good design to happen consistently at scale. I’ve led specialist design and research teams across industries, working closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders to connect design decisions to outcomes that matter to the business.
That means navigating the tension between regulatory constraint and genuine user need in financial products, and operating at the pace and complexity that large-scale businesses demand. My background in manager development means I’m as comfortable shaping a design culture, as I am in a product strategy session, or a research debrief.
